In effect as of 2025:

Credit Cards:

  • Clients will incur a 3.3% convenience fee for using credit cards. This fee may apply if the payment is made out of convenience or if you book us without providing enough notice for us to receive a deposit by mail (check). The only exception is for clients on a subscription-based service, which is explained below.

  • If you are subscribed to one of our services, such as social media management or financing (new; see details below), you must opt in to keep your credit card on file. This is a requirement on our end to ensure payments are processed in a timely manner, and as a result, the credit card convenience fees will not apply to you.



Financing:

  • We will begin offering financing options in 2025 for select clients and projects. Financing rates will be as follows:

    • 3.3% interest on the principal for a 3-month payment plan

    • 6.6% interest on the principal for a 6-month payment plan

    • 12% interest on the principal for a 12-month payment plan

    • These rates are subject to change, but we will be clear on what the current rate is if it changes from the figures previously listed.



Social Media Management:

  • Social Media Management will be offered as a subscription service. We will provide a month-to-month plan, as well as 3-month, 6-month, and 1-year term options.

  • Prices from 2024 will be honored only for the 1-year term subscription. Shorter-term subscriptions will have incrementally higher costs.

  • You must keep your credit card on file, and no convenience fee will be charged, as stated above.

  • These plans cannot be cancelled once they are agreed upon and the first payment is made.

  • The subscription is for the service itself. Similar to your cell phone, TV, or internet subscription, even if you do not use the service during the term, the payment is still due. There will be no 'store credit' or extensions provided.



Media Specialists:

  • Any job booked with us means you are hiring Perceived Media, a production company. We will assign the most appropriate media specialist to handle your project. While Anthony may not personally fulfill the job, he will oversee the project and provide direction to the shooter(s). Our current standard hourly service rate is $150/hour per media specialist, which applies to both videographers and photographers.

  • If you specifically request Anthony, the hourly service rate will be $210/hour. This does not mean he will not fulfill your job unless specifically requested; it simply means that confirming Anthony as your assigned media specialist will incur a $210/hour rate. Anthony may deny a request due to lack of availability.


In effect as of 2024:

Receiving Media:

  • The client will receive media in digital format. All media will be delivered only after the final balance has been paid.

  • Videos will be shared via Google Drive, and photos will be shared via an online gallery, where full-resolution images can be viewed and downloaded.

  • The client has 14 days from the time the link is sent to download all files before the link expires. If the download link expires, a $30 fee will be charged to reactivate the link. This can only be done within 90 days of the delivery of the link. If media is required beyond this timeframe, a Media Retrieval Fee (see below) will apply.

Retrieval of Media:

  • If the client does not download their files within 90 days after the delivery of the link, an additional $30 fee will apply for every 10GB of the client's entire project. We can only guarantee this retrieval service for up to one year (365 days) after the media has been delivered (see Archiving below).

Archiving:

  • Perceived Media guarantees to retain any media that you have provided or that we have created for you for up to one year (365 days) after the final product(s) are delivered. After this period, we cannot guarantee the retrieval or re-editing of your media. Perceived Media is not liable for any media lost, corrupted, or never downloaded by the client after delivery.

Late Fees:

  • If the final balance is not received within 30 days of the scheduled due date, the client will incur a 15% fee of the principal amount.

  • If the adjusted payment is still not received after the first 30 days, a recurring 15% fee will be added to the principal for each additional 30-day period in which the full payment is not received.

Rush Fees:

  • Video and photo jobs must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance with a 50% deposit.

  • If a deposit is not received within this timeframe, a 15% Rush Fee will be applied to the total project cost.

  • Any content that the client or a third-party production company intends to schedule on social media must be delivered to Perceived Media at least 30 days before the desired posting date to allow sufficient time for editing (if needed) and proper scheduling. If content is not delivered within this timeframe, a Rush Fee of 15% of the correlating month's invoice will be applied.
