Basic Pose Examples

Basic Poses refer to any position that allows us to photograph while using a tripod, without the need to adjust our lighting style or change lenses. They also don’t include any motion of the athlete or the ball.

Examples of basic poses include: standing with the ball, sitting on a chair or stool, and kneeling.


Specialty Pose Examples

Specialty Poses refer to any position that requires us to change from our original setup, adjust our lighting style, or change lenses. They also may include motion of the athlete or the ball.

Examples of Specialty Poses include: dribbling or performing crossovers in place, sitting or laying on the floor, sitting on the rim, using more than 2 sports balls, or using props.
